When Dr. Aisha Singh founded Creative Kidz in 2009, she made a decision that seemed risky at the time: invest more in teacher training than in marketing. Seventeen years later, that decision is the reason we’re at 383+ centres. Our educators don’t just deliver a curriculum — they embody a philosophy. They’re trained in child psychology, POCSO safety protocols, the UnMute framework (Notice, Open, Walk), the SEEN Test for character development, and the V.O.I.C.E. Curriculum methodology. Every year, each teacher completes 120+ hours of professional development. Because a school is only as good as the person standing in front of the classroom.
