We Didn't Build a Preschool.
We Built a Movement.
Creative Kidz began with a question that wouldn't go away: why are children taught to sit still,
stay quiet, and fit in — when they're born to move, speak, and stand out? That question became
our mission. And that mission became Creative Kidz.
In 2009, Dr. Aisha Singh opened the first Creative Kidz campus with a simple belief — that every child has something extraordinary to say. It started with a question that wouldn’t leave her: why do we teach children to read and write, but never teach them to speak up when something feels wrong?
Over seventeen years of working directly with thousands of children in our classrooms, she watched the same pattern repeat. Children who had been conditioned to stay silent. Children who had learned to suppress. From that frontline experience — not from a textbook, not from a conference — the UnMute philosophy was born. Notice. Open. Walk. Three words that captured what she’d been practicing in classrooms for over a decade.
She built something different because the need was real. CreativeKidz didn’t begin as a school. It began as a conviction: that if you teach a child to find their voice at age three, you don’t have to teach an adult to find their courage at thirty.
That conviction became the UnMute philosophy — battle-tested across 383+ campuses, and lived every day in classrooms where children learn that their words, their feelings, and their silence all matter. Years later, when she took these ideas to the TEDx stage at PIET Panipat and BVRIT Hyderabad, the world finally had a name for what Creative Kidz children had been living every day.
Today, CreativeKidz Group of Institutions — home to CreativeKidz Preschool and CreativeMinds K-5 School — is not just an education brand. It is the grassroots foundation of a movement that believes every voice deserves to be heard.

The SEEN Test — Invisible Decisions That Shape Character
Born from 17 years of teaching character in our classrooms, the SEEN Test answers a question we've been asking since 2009: "Who are you when no one is watching?" The answer, we've found through hands-on experience with children, isn't about morality. It's about practice. Character isn't inherited — it's rehearsed. The SEEN Test is embedded in every CreativeKidz and CreativeMinds classroom because it reflects what we've been doing since the beginning. Dr. Aisha Singh later articulated this framework on the TEDx stage at BVRIT Hyderabad, giving the world words for what we've been living in our schools.
